Cancellation Policy
This policy is non-negotiable and is decided on a case-by-case basis.
The Good: Cancelling up to 24 hours before your appointment, rescheduling, and calling/texting me up until 4 hours prior to your appointment due to an unforseen emergency is acceptable and will not result in a cancellation fee.
The Bad: Cancelling under four hours before your appointment will result in either a 50% rebooking or cancellation fee.
The Ugly: No call/no show will result in a 100% no call/no show fee, plus a 100% deposit for any future sessions. Our time together is important and I would like ensure that is understood respectively.
